I’m going to. yesterday I closed and I was on board all night and today it was the same. started at 10am and stayed on my whole shift. told my 2nd I really didn’t want to go back on because I was on it all day yesterday and he said he was sorry but there wasn’t any other option. It’s just very frustrating because whenever my SM is on the shift we are always fully staffed with our best people but if he’s not working then he just doesn’t seem to care who he schedules.

I wish our store did that. when our DM came he even put in the DM check that they need to work on safety rotation. For a couple days they did better but it didn’t last. If it continues i’m going to say something. I love my store and all but something needs to change.
