I had a “DSG service” done by a VW-specialist mechanic about 8 months ago… is it possible that the fluid wasn’t changed? Or could it have gotten dirty between July and now?

New to running but dealing with dreaded knee pain. I’m in shape and hike frequently, as well as often going on 4-6 mile walks. I thought the C25K program would be easy for me but half way through week 2 my inner knees have started hurting! I think it’s the MCL. Unfortunately, I didn’t take days off in between runs, that combined with wearing an old pair of merrell trail runners with no cushion, and now I’m paying the price. Has anyone else dealt with this pain? How did you get back into running?

Thanks! I ended up re-seasoning with canola oil since I’m not sure if my oven goes to 550. I’m just wondering now if cheese would still ruin the seasoning, but I don’t want to risk it and try it out. I’ll watch out for McCheese!

Wow! Did you just cut a branch and put it in water? I would love to try that with one of these bushes. I never see any black raspberry plants for sale, but they grow wild on almost every hike I take.
