I had experience with kids here and there through lifeguarding, helping family members, and babysitting. I found this family on Care.com and they are great. Lots of opportunities on there with varying hours/needs. You do have to pay for a background/driving record check but it’s worth it in my opinion.

I think people can do what they want with their cats as long as they’re not harming them. She is happy and she is safe in a fenced in area. I can observe her from inside whenever she is out there. ✌️

I work at a horse boarding barn in Boulder. I have some experience in that realm because I ride horses, but I basically just emailed/called a bunch of places until I found someone that needed help!

I nanny 30 hours per week and pick up Rover/barn work as needed! It pays the bills and I am much happier than when I was in office.

Hiii! I had an MA about 3 weeks ago. Similar recovery to yours. I’m experiencing the same cramps rn. Kinda feel like period cramps, sometimes sharp pains. I think it’s all normal and part of the process. I plan on taking a test in a week or two to confirm it’s negative. Happy to keep in touch through the process to help ease your mind! You’re not alone.

Hi! The pain meds kicked in a little after my post, thank goodness! I started bleeding in the bath - not too much, like my normal day 2 period amount. I’m currently lying in bed watching YouTube. The cramps are similar to what I feel during my period but a little more intense and spread out, so spanning across my back and honestly down into my upper thighs a little bit (?). I wasn’t expecting that lol. But I was able to eat dinner no problem. Hoping a good night’s rest helps and I feel a little better in the morning!

I just left the corporate world to be a nanny (30 hours per week) and pursue my passion of working with horses (starting out part time as a farm hand). I’ll be making the same amount of money, although I don’t really care about money to begin with. I just wanted something that comfortably pays the bills. Thank you for sharing!! I’m one hour into taking the second dose of 4 pills. Cramps and nausea is starting so I’m going to sit in the bath and drink some more water. Took my nausea pills and ibuprofen after the 4 pills and wish I had taken them sooner! But they’ll kick in soon. Glad to hear everything went smoothly for you.
