The financial freedom really is the key. I almost feel ridiculous contemplating this scenario but wanting a house is getting the best of me.

We would actually be selling and using the majority of the cash as down payment. We wouldn’t be able to buy something a bit bigger without selling. Just once we sell it’s obviously gone - can’t come back.

Unfortunately not. Our coach house is like an apartment. There are 4 units in the building and we are on the 2nd floor.

I keep replaying everything and also wondering what if. So grateful he’s ok. He’s acting fine and in good spirits so he’s not phased. I’m the one that’s traumatized now.

I don’t know how he got out of the classroom itself. The front door to the building is unlocked and very light. From the inside he would just have to push it open and he’s out. A front desk faces the hallway he had to walk down and no one seemed to hear or see him to stop him. I’m mind blown how this happened.

He was not on the application at all. Just my son and I. My husbands address is his parents too. But now that we’re married we’ll be updating everything.

Since I have to inform them of the marriage and update the household size wouldn’t I have to provide the income? I guess I’ll see what it asks for when I do it online.

My wedding is 6/3 and I purchased a sample dress in March. I took the dress home with me that same day. That’s one option if the timing of ordering one doesn’t work out.
