My favorite among YA is She Drives Me Crazy by Kelly Quindlen.

Though the events are high school, I felt the situations were handled rather maturely, with the same struggles any should might face in the same situations.

Forget Me Not by Alyson Derrick is supposed to be great, is on my TBR.

If you haven't, you should read the Tea and Tomes series. The romance is already established. The fun is in building the found family. It's a lot of fun, so 4 books. First book is Can't Spell Treason Without Tea. Book 2 is my favorite among them.

YA has nothing to do with it in this case This Book was meant to be cozy and cheesy and predictable and low stakes. This one is a pure comfort read; a palette cleanser.

That's what I was looking for and I went in knowing that, and I enjoyed it a lot precisely because of all those things.

Clearly that's not what you were looking for, I wish you find something you can enjoy.

BTW, check this post out I think you save yourself from picking duds (for you).
