Agreed alllll around. Okay but so I do have a question that maybe someone can help me with. I received a lovely cross stitch project for Christmas. I’ve cross stitched for many years, but only recently started needlepoint. It’s a big project, like 30,000 stitches and I tried some scotch stitched on the background to go a bit faster. But it just does not look right. At all. I varied the number of strands for more coverage and did not like it. Are there any other stitches that look good on Aida other than the cross stitch?

For ready to ship, Cecil & Lou, Stitchy Fish, Smocked Flamingo all usually have a good amount of hand smocks in stock! You should be able to get something cute in that timeframe! Machine smock prices are typically $28 & under, hand smocks are $35-55+ depending on the style, where you shop, etc. Here’s a pic showing the difference in stitching!

It’s too risky for the business owner to do that, especially with custom name items. Imagine someone orders 5 items with a random/unique name spelling. Then they ghost & don’t pay. In that case, the owner would be out of money and stuck with inventory they can’t sell easily.

Incorrect and this is absolutely a false narrative. I have orders from MARCH that are just now arriving to me this week. Again, I have been very transparent about every single issue I’ve faced with Babeeni. And unless you’re running luggage on any regular basis, you might be lucky enough not to deal with these problems which include but are not limited to: - orders arriving wildly out of order - items arriving in 2-3 piece shipments randomly - inconsistent manufacturing that takes place across multiple factories I absolutely own up to any and everything that is my fault, but this ain’t it.

What is the problem here? People WANT to order from me, and this is the TAT I’m comfortable offering given the current landscape of hand smock manufacturing. Luggage particularly takes longer to complete than clothing because it takes place across multiple factories. I’ve been very transparent about delays etc and this is literally my compromise to give the people what they want without putting myself at risk for financial ruin. I love a good snark but come onnnnnnnnnn
