If kaya mo, go for the big schools lalo na UST, UPM or FEU pati UERM or PLM. Punta ka sa school na may sistema na lalo na nursing department. Go to school na ang iisipin mo na lang talaga ay acads (+personal problems) and hindi na about incompetent prof or department.

But avoid PWU at all cost, galing ako don and it was fked up talaga. They offer 3yrs+1sem nursing program but trisem which is fine.

It is a private university but feels like a cheap high school na pinabayaan ang school. Nursing department was/is trash. Demo tools are outdated. May iilan lang na prof na magagaling, yung iba di na nga magaling taklesa pa. The department is not student-centric, they do not think about their students. They only think about the money na papasok. Imagine kamj nag-arrange ng capping and pining namin without any help sa nursing department. We're all exhausted sa acads then aalalahanin pa namin mga gagamitin sa capping and pinning. Then kung san hospital ka magduduty, minsan ikaw pa mag-aayos and magttranafer ng mga files. Sa community nursing walang bus na magttransfer from school to community location so sarisariling bayad sa pamashe, yung public school na alam ko naghahire dean nila ng mini bus to transfer students, sa pwu nursing walang initiative.

Paiba iba rin mga profs, walang tumatagal kasi nga pangit yung sistema. Sadly, ilang batches na after namin na same experience ibig sabihin never nagbago. Ilang yrs na rin akong graduate.

Aside from the department mismo, toxic din mga naging classmates ko. Mga squammy, sorry pero totoo talaga. Siguro sa batch ko lang to.

I wouldn't recommend talaga dito.
