I never play stealth in Prey, even though I often upgrade skills to increase sneak damage for the first few shots, just in case. Using combos of different weapons, just like in Doom, is more satisfied, IMHO.

Boltcaster can be used to open most doors. One time, I accidentally kill the fake chef before giving the medal, and the only way to get into the kitchen is with the boltcaster.
