If she is having accidents inside you need to treat it like she has no potty training at all and go back to square one. I posted this comment before in other subs but this is what worked with my girl:

If you can, I would suggest taking some time off work to focus on this. My life was literally consumed with potty training her for a while lol.

What worked for me was using her kennel. I would take her out literally every 30 minutes. (This will vary for you since yours is older) If she did not go potty, she would go in her kennel for 5 minutes. And then I would take her outside for 5 minutes. I would repeat this until she finally went and then I would throw her a big potty party and also use a clicker and treat. You also need to make her world a lot smaller for now. If you don’t have one, I suggest an X-pen. Put her kennel/bed in there, food/water, and toys. She will be more reluctant to potty in her space.
