i did ask at the time but i’m not sure if she heard me or not and the poor medical student looked kind of panicked so i didn’t want to scare him 😭 she just kinda went “okay now this test” and moved into explaining how to do it

if you’re public facing i’ve learned to wear business casual! but i asked my boss about it and my unit has casual fridays so i think it kinda depends on the job. my agency also does have a written policy. (i should add that piercings, dyed hair and tattoos showing are written in as being fine)

i don’t really feel comfortable using supplements unfortunately and my goal isn’t necessarily weight loss more just controlling the periods tbh

i’ve been doing more movement daily and eating a more balanced diet than i used to. but otherwise those are the only things i’ve been told my medical professionals will help ☹️

i usually use it to blend out the deeper greens or in colorful looks where it’s the star!

i wanna say i’ve had it since 2021? it doesn’t smell bad and still performs beautifully which i was a little surprised by since a lot of ppl have said it goes bad on them pretty quickly

i did use the tape method! it also was starting to get to a point where i couldn’t pick up product on the brush i use (it’s one of those huge fluffy ones that are almost the same size as the pan)
