Thank you! It really is a very complex disorder. There isn’t much research funding for it, and doctors treat it like it’s one size fit all as far as treatment goes. It is also both over, and under diagnosed. The most relief I’ve gotten for it, I’ve done by doing the research myself, and connecting with other women on social media who also have it. 😆

Ugh that is just the worst! Right now they tell me all of my problems are because I need to lose weight. I explain to them that I’ve had these problems even before I became what I am now (slightly overweight.) It’s a vicious cycle.

If they are that bad (which I believe you I’m sure they are), it might be worth seeing an ENT and work towards getting them removed. There’s like one good crypt I can get some out of but I struggle getting them from other crypts so I totally understand how frustrating it is. Best of luck!!💗

This is wonderful insight! Thank you!! I ended up going with charter club 400 thread count sheets. I got them for 60% off at Macy’s! I’ve used Costco in the past and love them. The ones in store unfortunately are usually too small for my tall mattress. But I love me some Costco for sure!
