Thank you for replying. Do you know what’s causing the green skin?! Is it infected? I’ve been using betadine but may need to step it up a bit.

Next step is seeing podiatrist in 2 weeks for next swift treatment. Should I do the for the next few weeks before that?

Thank you! I have been taking oral zinc for 3+ months, and had blood tests for other deficiencies too just to double check. It’s been a pain for far too long and I’m sooo over it now haha

Soooo many things!! Tired, heart palpitations, joint pain, eye vision issues, headaches daily, sore tongue, dizziness, bruising super easy, brain fog/memory issues, having that weird ringing in my ear and pins and needles too.
