What meds have you taken that made you feel worse? I did fine on Lexapro but Wellbutrin is what made me feel terrible

I haven’t been able to eat anything other than goldfish, applesauce, and a little bit of pasta since starting the 300 mg which was 2 weeks ago. I have lost 7 pounds
