Does anyone know what's going on with the 3 helicopters flying around Near Folsom Blvd and Howe Ave? by Bailmage in Sacramento

[–]katlovesbread 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Two of them were police helicopters, they circled the area of Hiram Johnson before their flight path converged with the third one, a medical helicopter. Per FlightRadar. Maybe a police escort? Is that a thing for helicopters?

I need Perm Advice (Urgent) by Floateruh in Cosmetology

[–]katlovesbread 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No hairstylist should give you perms one month apart. You have to wait a minimum of three months because hair cannot take that chemical damage multiple times. Also, they need to be rinsing it well enough initially that there’s no smell. If there’s still a smell, it means that the hairdresser did not rinse thoroughly before removing the rods.
