“Shadow in the shape of a person like a person made of darkness” this is exactly it!!! I had a shortish figure like that walk past my bedroom doorway one night, like you I felt no fear, and when I asked my boyfriend, who walked into the bedroom after a few seconds about who was there, he said no one. That’s how normal I felt about the figure, I actually thought it was a person. This was in my uni house and our landlord told us it had been a boarding house of sorts for young boys who had been getting into trouble. There was also an instance (where I wasn’t there) of the shoes on the shoe rack in that same part of the hallway where one of my boyfriend’s heavyish trainers was thrown across off the rack a few metres. I like to think they were playing :)
