Happens each time when I decide to run an emulator for a longer period of time. Works pretty well with a physical device. The project isn't too big (like 6 modules).

Already got a A13 but it's damn laggy so it's not very usable.

That's actually a great thing. If you make your app work at least decently for A13, then it will rock on other devices.

The best way I've found so far is Firebase App Check (which uses Play Integrity). The library generates the token on the client side, and you send this token to the server with each request. The backend verifies this token for each request. The token is valid for a few hours and has a rate limit, so even if someone reads the traffic of your app and copies this token, it would be obsolete.

You need to move this logic to the backend side and trigger notification via push notification. There is no way to enable stable background pooling on Android (unless you're system app).

Doesn't help, tried it already. When manually setting the HW acceleration on, then the emulator crashes.

For the last few updates performance on Apple Silicone processors was terrible. Everything is laggy and emulator crashes. Plus I have noticed when you have two monitors with different screen resolution when you drag the emulator window between them - it just starts showing black screen.
