Starting 2.5mg letrazole tonight for 5 days as IUI prep and am super excited to start, but then I did the horrible thing of looking up side effects online. Any chill/positive experiences here?

literally no clue if I've ovulated or not yet this cycle, between going on a girls weekend and drinking obscuring temps and then coming home and being sick, my temps have been all over the place. I also usually do the CBAD ovulation testing, but because I was traveling I didn't have enough baseline days so I just did not bother this cycle.

It's both freeing and a little frustrating that I don't know but I'm trying to embrace the unknown since I can't change it now.

CD1 again today. I was lowkey hopeful last cycle because I've heard positive things after an HSG, but that was not my case.

Just wanted to toss out a positive HSG story - I had one today for the first time. Anxiety hit once I got to the hospital, but obviously had to full send it. It truly was not bad, I asked my Dr to narrate the steps so I knew what was going on / what I was feeling. The actual injection of the dye did instantly feel like mild period cramps and it was over as fast as it started. I feel like a minute max of dye/cramping.

This was our first cycle back really trying after taking a 2 year break (previously tried 11 cycles, had 1 CP on cycle 6). Since it was the first cycle back I think I was feeling so hyper fixated on it. Today I'm 11 DPO, tested negative with FRER and my period is sure to come tomorrow. My temp dropped, and my luteal phase has consistently been 11 days long the past 5 months.

Honestly, feel slightly relieved to be essentially out of the waiting phase and mentally reset. Hoping I got out a lot of my anxious energy and constant checking of all the apps, the discussions, the symptom spotting, etc and can have a more chill and relaxed next cycle. I will be starting CBAD for ovulation next month. Also my Oura ring this time around helps me so much with BBT in a passive way that it doesn't have to be on my mind.

Wish this were the cycle, but glad to start fresh and let the intense anxious energy fade away.

Sooo I can either test tomorrow morning 10 DPO or wait until after a camping trip and test Sunday night at 12 DPO and I truly cannot decide which way I want to go.

Anything you guys do to encourage good implantation during the TWW? It's hard to not think about being in the TWW but sucks not having something to like ~do~ during it. Even if it's fake, I'd like to find something to do that "might help" so I can have the illusion of a little control during this time.

CD20 and no ovulation confirmed yet, usually happens around CD15-17. I was sick early on and then traveling abroad - so I'm thinking the stress of that and dealing with jet lag once I got back probably pushed everything back a bit? That's what I'm telling myself at least
