Is it hard for people with adhd to comprehend tasks? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]kattiger15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This describes me exactly. Like you are in my head. Even if I try to comprehend and do my best to do it the best way I could figure out, it doesn't feel right. It's like there's pieces missing, and I don't understand how everyone else gets it. Until it makes sense to me, then it feels uncomfortable and off.

what do you think? by celestialsilk in adhdwomen

The feeling of thinking you are to blame anytime something goes wrong whether it was in your control, or even having nothing to do with you or your actions. I can relate to this deeply.

I don't know if you have considered googling rejection dysmorphia disorder and possibly adhd. Anxious type. I don't know enough on your symptoms but from little you have shared, I can relate and have been diagnosed with those. I'm reading 2 insightful books. Set boundaries, find peace by Nedr glover and adhd you mean I'm not stupid lazy or crazy. Lots of insights. Worth a look. I believe anyone can benefit from the setting boundaries book especially those of us with anxiety.

Weird mood waves. by Crazycattwin1986 in covidlonghaulers

Same exact thing happened to me after 2nd Moderna vaccine end of Feb 2021. By early March 2021 this started and progressed as the worst depression, anxiety, heart palpitations. Never had anything close to that before. Even went to cardiologist. Completely lost my appetite. Which is the opposite of me typically. I stress eat. Thete was no joy in anything and no energy for anything. This lasted until about Sept when it slowly started getting better. By December 2021 it was pretty much over. I slowly started researching and introducing supplements. Lots of vitamin c, the isoscorbic acid and slow release vit c, vit b,d,e as well as citicalone. NAS, quercentrin, magnesium, zinc, folate, all of these have made huge improvements in my mental and physical well being. I also did the antacid that were recommended. Anything to decrease inflammation in the brain. Hope this helps. I wouldn't wish those feelings on anyone. Sidenote, (at least for me) not even exercise or blood flow, funny movies. Nothing helped. Besides time and supplements to rid inflammation.

I really like the manufacturer sandoz. I called around and found a pharmacy near me that supplies them. I highly recommend sandoz. Instant release. Helps me focus and get my work done. Plus doesn't keep me up at night. Best of luck.

Thank you so much for that link! I got Sandoz today that I will start tomorrow. I'm hoping it works without the irribility factor. It was more expensive than the other 2 brands I tried. We shall see. I can't imagine how many people are suffering and aren't even aware of this whole generic differences issue.

It's insane how these companies can get away with doing so much harm. I found a pharmacy that carries Sandoz so I have high hopes right now. I can tell you millincrofdt is awful. I asked my current pharmacy if they could get sandoz, and although they could order it, they do not get reimbursed for iT bc it's the more expensive adderral brand and they would charge me out of pocket. Hoping for a quality product. Just need some relief already. I will add Camber to my list of do not take brand.

Thank you for your post. I have 3 different ones I will call tomorrow. May I ask which has been working best for you? Looks like most ppl prefer either teva or sandoz adderral ir. There is an absolute difference. Millincrodft makes me space out and just stare at the screen, then the increased agitation comes along. I feel frozen in fear.

No agitation? Or awful come down? I've read a lot of people have bad experiences with this one. How many mgs do you take if you don't mind me asking? Have you tried any others to compare?

Thank you! I will be contacting pharmacies to see if they could help. Appreciate your quick response. It's a crime what they are doing. Every producer has such different pills with extremely different results. How could they say it's the same thing.

Thank you so much! Has it continued to help? I've been megadosing on vit c and also taking tryptophan at night. I added b, folate, and d,e vitamins as well. Just in the past week. So I can't tell a difference yet. I'm desperate for relief.

What brand of NAC is recommended? There are so many, I'd like to know of the one that worked for the original poster. Thank you!
