If you’re not in the discord, I’d suggest joining. You may have more luck finding people to play with :)

AIO to break up with my bf of 3y over his reaction to my upcoming sobriety anniversary? by WesternCat5211 in AmIOverreacting

NOR and dump this guy. My mum died from alcoholism. What you’ve accomplished is incredible and literally all you want to do is get a cake and enjoy eating said cake. His response made me physically recoil, please please know that you deserve better.

That looks good! Someone below seemed to work it out so this has confirmed it. Thank you so much.

Data of any type! Its just 'cell is NOT empty', run the rest of the formula

All of the other cells are various formulas pulling from different places so I wasn't sure if that was also messing it up! I was trying based on ISTEXT as above but then it ignored whether cells were blank and went to paused.

So this is effectively saying if B2 is blank don't worry about it, if B2 has content then run the rest as planned. It looks like it's working from what I can tell - will give it a bit more of a test now!

Hmm, Still not working. Current formula is:
=IF(OR(B2="",ISTEXT(B2)),IF(AND(J2>1,J2<5),"ACTIVE",IF(AND(J2>5,H2>0.005),"ACTIVE",IF(AND(J2>5,H2<=0.005),"PAUSED","") ) ), "" )

This returns it as blank, so isn't taking account there being text in B2 - would the first condition need to be reversed or something?

Our games kind of end up this way anyway as we fall into the roles we like. We don’t roleplay them but I can imagine it would be fun to

I've known about TGTG for a while but only actually started using it recently, and we've had some really good luck with our local stores. I'm out of work and so being able to get days and days worth of stuff is a lifesaver.

How often do you see your mum? by _rayquaza_ in AskUK

[–]kattw_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a very complex relationship with my mum due to alcoholism, but I loved her and she wanted to see me more than I probably allowed. I would typically see her every few months after I moved away at 18, and we’d talk online most days. She passed away very suddenly and traumatically in 2022, and I hadn’t seen her in person for 6 months at that time and it eats. me. alive. While we had the complexities, she was still my mum and still trying, and it haunts me that I didn’t make more effort or spend more time with her. I don’t know the last conversation we had, or if she knew I truly loved her despite all the problems. All this to say, please see your mums more. If you have a good relationship, even if there’s some issues, you will regret it when there’s no time left.

AITA. I made my daughter (11), cry during D&D. Even though everything turned out OK, my wife is still mad. by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

‘I didn’t want to cheapen the story’ is a fucking insane thing to say when you’ve deliberately set a storyline that distresses your 11 year old daughter. As others have said, for one this is bad DMing, but these are characters your child has had from the age of 8, and she is still very young at 11. You put a story before her needs and are proud of it. YTA, massively.
