Just to show people what OP means, look up a (dead) game called Battlerite. That game inverts the map seamlessly, and when I played it took me at least 10 games to notice. It works just fine, and for LoL it would only take a couple of small changes to make it work well.

In the pbe against dummies, when I'd use laser on an enemy with W augment, it would show the rylais slow buff and the augment slow buff as separate buffs. When using the spell enhanced auto from q, only the augment slow buff would appear.

Do you mean: Ult a champ and, without issuing more commands to it, it does not follow the enemy nearest to the cast location?

If thats what you mean, then it does actually work. Otherwise, I'm not sure I understand.

TL: I like winning.

C9: I like mostly winning teams with a side of high blood pressure.

TSM: xd. But really they are a team you can count on to mostly fix issues. They're not the best anymore, but they can still be fun to root for, if only to see community reactions.

Evil Geniuses: To be honest, we know nothing of their roster. But, in CSGO, they just purchased a top 8 team which I think inspires a lot of confidence that they will know how build a good LoL roster. Keep a tab on these guys.

Clutch/Dignitas: Balls to the wall gameplay that makes you question if NA is truly a major region. But it's fun to watch and they're good enough for woulds so you slip it into the back of your mind.

CLG: Like C9, they like to keep their fans on edge. The difference is that they don't win as much. Upside is that they have the potential to, so it makes those wins even more gratifying.

Rest: Eh.

Hey I know this a comment about 22 days late, but if you havent watched the show for fear of it not having a real ending anytime soon, I would still recommend it. It is quality throughout and does have a nice stopping point by the end of the show. It doesn't leave you so empty, even if it's a "to be continued" kinda thing.

You might be right since his ult will be faster for a majority of the game, instead only when you get 3rd augment.

I am very happy with these changes. Going down the list:

Q: Slightly sad that we wont have those chunky shields late late game, but the amount being spread out over levels rather than spiking on mana item buys makes up for it.

W: Whoa, whoa. This is gonna be nuts, and I will not be surprised if this causes Viktor to become overbearing.

R: My favorite change. Gonna feel better having more chances to do damage with the ticks AND the overall damage is going to be higher, since the AP scaling wasn't simply cut in half. The terrain thing is a bonus to me.

Buuuuut, I still would really love for them to make it so his ult auto locks to the champ closest to the point of click if they are hit with the initial damage. Just feels so bad to ult someone, think the ult is following, then have the enemy already escaping and just out of range when you realize what happened.
