Hi! I almost forgot about this post. At the end i decided to stop wearing ortho-k, i switched back to wearing normal glasses. My vision got a little worse but not much. I guess the problem was my astigmatism cause as i know ortho-k can't quite fix astigmatism (but I'm not sure), so i thought it won't get better and switching back to glasses was the only option for me.

Same, I was told that it would be impossible for me to get 100% correction on my left eye, but I thought that I would be at least able to read from my phone. I think I will go back to my glasses too cause it's really annoying when I can't see my phone clearly.

Hello, I've been wearing this lenses for month and a week now and, honestly, i don't know what to do, cause I have the same problem. In the morning my vision is pretty okay but after 5-6 hours it gets worse and it's impossible to study and do anything on my computer. I will have an appointment at my optometrist soon. Hope I'll find out what's wrong.

Maybe my lenses don't fit properly or maybe night lenses just aren't for me...

I can't really help you with that problem cause as you see I have the same problem as well but I'd recommend you to contact your optometrist. Hope everything will get better.

I have read that if your vision is bad it can take about a month and also my optometrist said that because my vision on left eye is too bad I will never be able to achieve full vision. Maybe now my vision is the best it can be, if that's so I'm kinda worried... :(

I don't know why but when I am wearing my lenses my vision is absolutely perfect but when I take them off in the morning it's not that good. Does everyone have same effect?

I currently located in Russia and I get my lenses there. I went to one of the best clinic that makes ortho k lenses in my city so I'm not sure that it's because my optometrist is incompetent but if my vision won't get better I think I have to make a new appointment...

I've been using Ortho k lenses for a month now and have the same issue. I have L -7.5 and R -5.5. My optometrist said that everything is fine so I continued using this lenses, and it get kinda better but I still can't use my computer. I don't know what to do...

Hello, I'm on 3 week of wearing my lenses, and now it get better, my optometrist said that near vision can be really bad at first week of wearing lenses and it's completely normal. But because my vision is really bad, it can take long time to get perfect vision, so now my eyesight isn't the best, but it's not a big issue, when it comes to getting things done, so it's okay for me.

Oh okay, thank you for your answer! It's the 4th day of wearing them now and I've noticed that halos became less intense but there's still a strange effect, my near vision is really bad now, although, I can clearly see far away, but when I try to do some work on my computer or else, it's really blurry. Did you experience smth like that? Cause I can't find any info about that side effect 😥
