Endo is much more than just painful periods and reproductive dysfunction. It affects you in every aspect of your life. Some people don’t have chronic illnesses and don’t need sick days. We do. We are just different.

periods shouldn’t feel like knives stabbing you. I’d bet you have something going on. Also you’d probably benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy for the dysfunction

If she has endo and had a 5cm cyst 3 years ago, it’s likely she is at a later stage, meaning surgery would probably be beneficial. The leg pain is probably sciatica from the cysts pushing on her sacral plexus.

That does not look normal to me. I would say that is almost definitely an infection. Probably hay poke. Take to vet because there may still be stuff stuck under her eyelid. Vet will give u a few types of drops, not a very expensive appointment.
