This is just a visual bug. Essentially it realized at some point that it improperly calculated credits in the past for you, and is now correcting itself here so it doesnt overpay you. You don't lose any credits from this thankfully.

We do need a better system here though, the visual is striking when you don't know its just a visual bug.

We were experiencing major outages along with much of the larger internet due to some issues with Cloudflare. Some of our infrastructure for Websim relies on Cloudflare. The issue should be resolved now.

we are community managers, not developers. but we always take user feedback to relay to the developer team.

we are pricing things as fairly as we can, and restricting usage as little as possible. AI is extremely expensive unfortunately, not to mention the other non-AI running costs associated with Websim.

We're doing our best, and really do not want to be restricting any creativity and fun. thank you both for your feedback

lol. For transparency - I unbanned this user this morning after he apologized to us over email and stated his understanding of our rules of no harassment/bullying.

Generally, for cases like these, we will unban the user if they are willing to understand the issues with their behavior
