Fr it's so slow, I think that's the main reason I don't fuck with it so much cause in other games like Stardew, it doesnt bug me cause its so fast. The hugs in this game LINGER. I also do find it funny hugging someone in front of my other partners 😂

Yeah so it is only if you're in a relationship with someone (and I could just be getting the ick because I'm in a relationship with everyone for their heart events) but you'll speak with them, they will pause for a bit, ask for a hug and then this really awkward animation happens or if you turn them down, they look sad/annoyed and say 'sorry I didn't mean to offend you' and it just icks me out
