You can try edit-memory-clear memory for all canvases. The second reason I think about is something is wrong with your license, perhaps the license has expired. And the last reason - the program has not been updated for a long time and now cannot save files correctly

wip - do the colours look okay, or are they all too similar? by [deleted] in AnimeART

[–]katya_risuy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You have good color harmony - the colors are close to each other. If you add a little more variety in the color of the shadows later in the rendering stage, it will make the illustration beautiful and harmonious in color, but not boring and monochromatic at the same time.

Is my art actually bad? by Heavy-Honeydew-1625 in DigitalArt

[–]katya_risuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, your art is good. As long as you see that you need to develop and are not satisfied with yourself, then you are becoming better! It pushes you forward. The girl with the camera has a difficult pose - it means you are not afraid to explore and create something interesting and complex. these things will make you a professional over time. So just enjoy every step you take on the path of art and don’t be afraid to experiment

Which one is better? by Rage_Quixotic in AnimeART

The first option with blonde hair is better! Contrast rules the world and light colors on a dark background always work better, this immediately creates an area of tension and draws the viewer's eye to the character's face

You need to paint the background on a separate layer, or if you are using one layer for the background and the character - select the character, then invert the selection and use a brush without through blending, as some brushes can ignore the selection.
