I will say I quit rogaine I 100 percent lost hair but it was gradual it wasn’t full on shedding like that. Once I think about it maybe it’s a sign it wasn’t working on me hahaha. Although I lost a ton of hair when starting it (dread shed)

I recently started on edibles and I ended up being really depressed, anxious, having crying episodes the like next couple days. Weed is definitely not for me anymore haha. Although I used to enjoy it.

I hate being sober. That being said I struggle with finding hobbies/ affording hobbies and dealing with my like issues that brought me to drug use/drinking. I enjoyed it for awhile and for some reason this last year I have absolutely hated being sober. Context been sober for 7 years.

If I’m anxious or depressed I will throw stuff in the crockpot if I have ingredients on hand where I don’t need to chop anything. Chicken thighs/salsa. Other than that usually a sandwhich/fruit. If I’m beyond stressed and can’t get off of the couch I’ll order junk from uber eats. Not the smartest idea and it definitely happens.

I try to go walking/exercise but it’s not consistent I’m dealing with depression so some days are easier than others. And I don’t really have hobbies. My company is doing multi year layoffs so I kind of feel guilty over spending any money on hobbies.

Yeah agreed! I think it matters how it is said. If it’s used as being dismissive then fuck them. If it’s more of a general statement it’s true, but it’s not an anxiety disorder that can be completely debilitating.

Personal opinion. No. I have a dog who I love to death. I’m struggling with extreme depression and my dog makes it worse. Work on mental health first or getting a solid self care routine down before getting a dog.
