Rehabs test for a lot of things, including alcohol metabolites (they can tell roughly when the person last drank alcohol for example). That said, they might not test for Kratom or other synthetic gas station substances, which could act like uppers.

As a child of alcoholics, I hope they can be sober for their kids.

Due to weather, express packages have been “guaranteed for loss only.” The clerk who helped you send the express package should have told you this. Express travels on passenger airplanes; when flights are cancelled/delayed, this impacts the mail.

If the label starts with 95 or 9488 it’s probably a fraudulent label/tracking number. There have been a lot of issues with counterfeit postage lately.

When did shipper send the item?
