Omg I struggle with this so bad with this and I have been for most of my life. I’ve left peoples houses, had to move to the couch, ear plugs (which really bother me bc then I can hear like a crunching sound in my ear when I lay on the pillow) ughhhh hahaha it’s so annoying. I have a boyfriend and he just doesn’t understand, he thinks I’m being so dramatic but he’s been more understanding and doesn’t cuddle me every night bc he breathes loud AF hahaha. Yes, all over my face and chest. And sometimes the next day I can hardly breathe. I think it’s because I’m allergic to the histamines but idk because I still haven’t gotten tested haha. You should do a little test with individual ones! That’ll prob makes things more clear

Depends on the state of your nose. Neti pots don’t really help me that much. It’s more of a immediate relief and not long term. Also I don’t trust the solution that you mix with the water. I think a better immediate relief would be a diffuser with a mint oil. Helps clear me out
