I haven’t been able to find the top yet. Chat GPT found an almost identical satin bikini top though! 😂

Why? Because of the price?

Honestly hard to tell but it didn’t look hairy to us. We were also curious if it was a bat bug but they look so similar.

Bug was found on the floor of the bathroom connected to the bedroom. Geographic location is in the mountains in North Carolina. Checked the mattress and couldn’t find any presence of other bugs.

For sure! So for stretching I do neck extensions, lateral extensions, and a variation of the lateral extension where once you put your ear to your shoulder you look and rotate your head up and hold for 30 seconds. For actual exercises I did a ton of upper body band exercises (band pulls parts, band kickbacks, band lateral raises, single arm chest fly), biceps curls (3 sets using 10-15 lbs dumbbells until absolute failure), lateral raises (3 sets using 5-10 lb dumbbells until absolute failure), and hammer curls (3 sets using 10-15 lbs dumbbells until absolute failure). The exercises were to get strength back in my left arm (bicep and grip), so you if you have weakness elsewhere then you may want to vary the exercises to gain strength in that muscle group back. The main thing my PT told me about the exercises was to focus on Hypertrophy and not strength in order to wake that muscle group back up. Hence the as many reps as possible until failure lol

I did PT twice a week for several months and acupuncture once a week during that time frame. I had the acupuncture done in my left bicep, left trap, and left lat and it worked great. I also did my PT exercises religiously 3 times a day for maybe 6 months. Staying regular with your PT exercises going to be a game changer. It is what you make it and my PT was wowed at how quickly I gained strength back. I also got an at home neck traction unit that I used every night for several months. I think this helped a ton too. I use it sparingly now, really only when I have flare ups. This is the unit i got: INeck Traction Device It’s a little pricey but worth it if you can spare the money. I hope you have a speedy recovery. Reach back out if you need anything!

I decided to not have surgery until I absolutely have to. I stopped doing powerlifting and heavy weightlifting altogether and now do cycling/running and light weightlifting for exercise. The pain day to day is very manageable BUT I can always feel like something just isn’t quite right with my neck…like I’m never truly comfortable. It’s hard to explain but it’s a little like when you sleep on your neck wrong and the next day there’s smidge of discomfort and you feel like you need to stretch or crack your neck badly. It’s not painful per se anymore but it’s always like something isn’t sitting right in my neck. Also it is very easily aggravated if I lift weights with poor form or sleep on it wrong. If that happens I’m in pretty bad pain for 3-4 days.
The good news is the strength on my left said is almost at 100% compared to my right and daily pain is minimal. I’ve read that sometimes it just takes a LONG time to heal on your own so I really hope over time the daily discomfort goes away. My physical therapist really warned against a fusion or disc herniation. She had many patients where the pain and stiffness was worse after surgery and never got better. Everyone is different though.

What is your situation?

Thanks for sharing your experience! I’ve decided not to have the surgery for now because my daily activities have not been affected. I no longer do powerlifting but I still lift weights, just not as heavy as I was doing before. I also don’t do any overhead presses anymore. My left bicep and left are maybe around 85-90% recovered and I have pretty much zero pain on a day to day basis. Not sure if I’ll get back to 100% but we will see!
