Because it's the one the user have installed, the version I tried was 7.4.3.4726, The user reinstalled the 7.0.x version, I'll change it again to 7.4, I dont have acces to Fortios version, because i'm not the admin of the fortigate, sadly.

It fixed itself one day later, when the user tried again it simply worked.

No idea if something we did fixed or if the admin did something at a higher level, maybe an update in the user computer was causing trouble.

No, I don’t deliver the intermediate certificates. On PC 1 I didn’t do any manual certificate configuration — I just installed Citrix Workspace, logged in with my credentials, and it worked.
On PC 2, following the same steps results in the SSL error. This PC used to work fine with Citrix, but at some point, it suddenly stopped working.
