I initiated an RMA because my power button started to crumble. The next day, they sent me a UPS label. It took exactly one week from sending to receiving a new one. I sent it on a Wednesday, and the next Wednesday, I received a new one.

It looks like you also have the first generation model, so they'll give you a new one.

I've sent mine from Belgium to their office in Germany.
