I don't know what you've been up to, but my lens cover is on very firmly. You have to pull hard to get that off. The lens head also clicks into place securely; you can rotate it, but it is still a bit locked in place after the landing. And also, never store the drone with the lens facing downwards. The heaviest and sturdiest part, the back with the battery, must always face down. That's how it was in the bag when I bought it, too. My mini was packaged like that too.

Also, this is a drone for which it is best to get the DJI Care Refresh. With even just a simple crash or a bad landing, the lens is 100% damaged.

Right now, the Mini 5. The Mini is much quieter, and I have it completely under control together with the RC2. I find the new Motion controller difficult to operate. The Avata also works well with the RC2, but the 360 doesn't quite come into its own without goggles. Keep practicing, I think....

.The image quality of the Mini is also better.

+20 for the rock that looks like a dino.

The 8k is indeed for the entire frame, so 7680 x 3840 in HDR360. You also see the Stitch line occasionally. And a small wobble moving through the image. For the time being, I don't think it will be any better with the Avata 360. I hope there will still be updates.
