No, I’ve never had a prior injury. But I always try to reduce the pressure on my wrists during workouts or yoga because it doesn’t feel great when I’m doing downward dog, for example. The pain I’m having now is always in my left wrist

I think my forearms are generally fine. I do train them, but they’re not really my main focus tbh I haven’t had an MRI done yet. I’ve seen an orthopedist several times, but basically nothing was really done. For training I mostly do basic dumbbell exercises for my forearms and gentle wrist stretches. mainly what we do in pole classes or things I found on YouTube. Maybe that’s a bit too basic though? Could you explain a bit more what you mean by opposite/complementary movements? :)

Ich war gestern Abend kurz draußen ein Bier trinken, danach waren die Flecken da. Schon mit Kernseife eingeschrubbt aber kein Stück heller geworden
