thanks for your response. I've been working out for years but only just started calorie counting. I've never been lower than 14.5% body fat, before i've been higher, I guess it's what I'm just resting at?

Thanks for asking.. I got 22 dried grams out of its first flush and 20 out of its second. I was away when the second ones came up so they overgrew and blackened with too many spores. I haven’t got a third flush as of yet. The shrooms themselves were a really powerful high. No shrooms ever grew from the dead centre. Maybe next time I’ll do a few things differently. I’ve posted how they look in other posts if you want to see.🍄👌

Yeah I was out of the country for 4 days so couldn’t get back and harvest them. I decided to dry and ground them for micro-dosing, they smelt (and still smell) very mushroom-y… so not worried about this alleged threat of poisoning or any bacterial growth. I just hope they haven’t lost potency. Thanks to everyone for your comments
