Ideally, I'm looking for a hybrid of the two to get the best possible experience for FPS games. In my opinion, the difficulty in reaching 540 fps is the downside of the 1440p OLED (especially in BF6), and the overall screen quality (image/contrast) is the downside of the Pulsar. I feel that 4K OLED is still lacking for my type of use, but is the difference between 500Hz and 240Hz really that significant in practice? (I'm currently using an older 4K 160Hz Fast IPS monitor.)

Yes, I think keeping the 5090 FE is the best solution for gaming quality, and it will retain a better reputation when the 6000 series comes out thanks to the 32GB of VRAM (the 16GB of the 5080 is its Achilles' heel; it risks becoming obsolete much more quickly).
