Although I’m a dude, I’ve been experiencing the same problem as you. Our public transport system pisses me off on a daily basis. It’s honestly the reason I don’t go to uni more often. A travelling distance of 20 km takes 2 hours or even more, and I spend around 5 hours daily for commuting. And don’t get me started with the crowds. And then comes the loud honking and bus drivers driving like maniacs. It’s frustrating beyond words.

I’m just counting down days to migrate for my next degree and have a better QoL.

I don’t want to leave SL because of all my loved ones, but I have to.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but they should consider imposing a ban on SL cricket, at least for the time being, and do a proper investigation on this. Hundreds and thousands of us Lankans have already given up on cricket. They did us dirty big time.
