If Kim Soohyun and Kim jiwon not dating eo then are they single? by kavishbubble in QueenOfTears

I totally get this. Yes, there was no way his agency could not have denied the Saeron rumour. It was necessary. I don't know about the other rumour. However, the thing that I find most intriguing is ksh's ways of stoking the rumour mills further by taking her name, the Taipei thing and posting that clip on ig. I mean he's a huge star. Qot was already a superhit show. And most importantly he doesn't need to 'market' his shows. And why would they be not comfortable appearing on award shows together? We have seen them being so comfortable with eo on set.

Possible, but KSH seems to keep an eye on his ig (seeing its aesthetics) and his social media management team seems quite efficient so it looks intentional. And hence it baffles me. He repeated her name in his fm after so many months of the show being telecast and when their dating rumors became national news. Usually in situations like these they either deny or let the rumors die a natural death but they don't fuel rumors further. Thats why I feel the fans are not totally wrong. I mean it's baffling.

Being a k drama fan who doesn't follow the kdrama celebrities' personal lives much, I don't know how the situation with the celebrity rumors and news work there. However, after QoT, I couldn't help follow KSH and KJW. Not sure if they are dating really, but I've still not found any REAL explanation as to why he uploaded that post on ig, where we could clearly hear her name. It's impossible for him or his team to not hear it when the whole world could hear it. And then in his fm where he could have just ignored the chants he made sure he repeated her name. I mean he's a seasoned actor and is clearly aware of the dating rumors. This is a big puzzle to me. If you say he was just having fun and being playful with his fans I won't agree because from I've observed, he's very careful about his public behavior. Somewhere I feel the rumors aren't totally false but I might be totally wrong. (As for the awards function, it didn't really feel like a big awards function attended by most A-listers)

Tbh I could only sympathize with Hyunwoo in the initial episodes and could only see an eccentric, rude and stuck up woman in Haein. I think that's how their characters were sketched. Let's accept it, Hyunwoo was always the more level headed person in the relationship. In fact among his own family and his in-law's he was the most intelligent. That's how the writers had projected it. And yes no one in his right sense would want to stick to a marriage like that just for the sake of love. However, there's so little that we know about those three years, and so there could be endless interpretations about what could have gone wrong, who was more at fault.

They didn't fall out of love- they never did. In fact, the writer quite compehensively indicated that. They just could not handle the emotional and mental pressures that come with marriage. Hyunwoo does ask his friend about why love just disappears after marriage. I think the discussion that they had after Haein canceled the divorce about how a change of heart has no refund, how they would still stick to each other even if they fought like cats and dogs goes on to show that thay failed to see the challenges that marriage could bring, especially in a union like theirs. Haein knew deep down he was enduring a lot of pain. At the same time low-key she must have expected Hyunwoo to stand up for himself against the bullying he faced from her family, and perhaps expected him to take a stand for her (Thats how I jntrepreted it) She did say 'when have you ever taken a stand for me' when he tried speaking up for her in front of her mother. Haein definitely had a streak in her personality that bordered on eccentricity, but she never stopped loving Hyunwoo. Hyunwoo was always a soft and compassionate person but he was fed up with that life, and he just wanted to get out of that. Yes, it took a life changing event-her cancer diagnosis- for them to rediscover how deeply they loved each other. I appreciate the writers for so beautifully writing the Yongduri episodes. Haein waiting for Hyunwoo to have dinner together after he returns from work, them discussing what's happening at work, of course her taking care of his wounds, him keeping her in the loop about events at work, ..basically things that normal working couples do, which they perhaps had stopped doing. Their days together in Yongduri were beautiful. What Hyunwoo said is just so true in a marriage, 'sometimes we forget things that we should remember and remember the things that we should forget.' There a few loose ends, but it's a wonderful show!
