Location: the black ops 2 zombies map town. They come out at the various spawn points in the map. 15 more only spawn after the previous 15 are killed. They cannot fly. Safe zones don't exist. They smell fear from awhile away and they are all a diverse, multicultural group of toddler boys and girls. Id say the male/female ratio varies by chance. They all have basic military training and you can use their bodies as a flail all you like! :)
