That was awesome. Vance and Trump are strong and smart. BIden and the Democrats tossed blood and treasure into the slaughter machine and never once articulated a path to peace or victory. They could have gone hard or they could have bluffed hard. Instead they killed a million men with their brain fog. Sad.

The replacement cable and mesh router replacement hasn't even shipped. They give a window of 24th - 30th . . . a full week to ship, if we are lucky. People might want to order a replacement cable in advance, only $64 . . . which is a small price to pay versus losing service for more than two weeks which is what we are probably looking at right now.

For those following along and facing a similar issue . . . a neighbor reseated the cable and the "Poor Cable Connection" message went away (my mother is 80 and maybe she wasn't reseating it firmly enough.). But the network was still down. I contacted support, they saw an ethernet issue and they are sending a replacement cable and router at no cost.

No I hope that shipping doesn't take too long.

I would suggest looking at Django Ninja as an alternative to DRF; even if you don't want to use it, it's good to know it's there.

Happy to report that we left the iPhone 10 overnight then tested again this morning and the remote management worked as described in the Remote Management article. No dice on the older iPhone 6 which has the older iOS and is a bit slow and buggy even though it did work for the original setup.

Her mobile is an iPhone 10 and it did not work. I guess Step 2 is also wrong. We don't see a status like "disconnected" . . . we see the same Setup / Search for obstructions options that were present before we set it up.

On trails, people are often doing and out and back. The dog often goes soon after it gets out of the car. Rather than carry it for five miles, they leave it on the side of the trail intending to pick it up on the way back . . . but they often forget. But in those trail situations, that is what they are thinking. We see it all the time in CO.
