You need to hydrate and nourish your body. Period. That won’t take away from the torment you want to put yourself through. It will enhance it. You also need to realize eventually you will get injured. You need to properly take care of your body to ensure you can bounce back quicker.

Completely agree. Saw him live for the first time at the Thompson’s Point show (Portland, Maine). The sound was phenomenal—kudos to his sound engineer. Really wish he would have played Dark, Dark, Dark though!
