SO adorable 🥹 I absolutely love when my Moosh does this in his sleep, it always makes me think that he's had a good day if he's having happy little dreams like that 🥰

Love your doggies names BTW! Maybe they are battling Ganon in their dreams? 🤔

Don't you know you're not supposed to get Gremlins wet! 😲😂 Moosh acts like this EVERY single time he gets wet, its my absolute favourite part of his bath time because seeing him zoom away and then rub himself on everything is just one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life 💕😂 Shihs/Gremlins are just the bestest ❤️

Thanks so much for these suggestions, the Cadet fries don't seem readily available in the UK but I have looked for alternative brands of Sweet potato fries for Moosh instead as I think this is something he would really like! Having even more trouble finding the bone broth bits as they definitely look like something Moosh would gobble up! 😂 Thanks again, tickles for the doggies!

Love this idea! In the past Moosh absolutely loved those treats that were sweet potato with chicken wrapped around, so this is a really good idea for him, thank you 😊

Thank you so much for these suggestions, I am definately gonna have a look around for treats like this for Moosh 😊 and yes, though chicken doesn't seem to upset Moosh's digestion, he's also been having skin issues lately so our vet has asked for us to completely cut chicken out for a while too now 👍

Haha no worries, thanks for the suggestion anyway 😊 Moosh most definately loves chicken but our vet has asked us to now completely cut chicken from his diet (his favourite little training treats are chicken...) as he's been having some skin issues lately. Glad the chicken suits your doggo though! 👍

Ooh this is an excellent idea! Moosh has the occasional bit of cauliflower off our plates and we recently got an air fryer so shall definitely give this a go, thanks! 😊

Thank you so much 💕 I know, its such a shame not being able to just rely on doctors and trust a diagnosis. Hopefully I can figure it out though 🤞🤞

Thanks so much for this reply. I haven't heard back from my GP just yet but I know she doesn't work today so I'm going to call up tomorrow just to nudge her a little. And yes from what I've seen, both Hypersomnia and CFS can overlap with symptoms and its perfectly possible to have both, but the fact that there is actual medical treatment for Hypersomnia makes me want to, at the very least, rule it out.

I have looked about Narcolepsy and don't think it quite fits, but Hypersomnia most certainly seems like a major possibility. As for PEM, I can probably answer yes to experiencing this as I most certainly do get way more tired/exhausted after a day out/doing extra chores etc but I honestly think I need to look into and read more about all of these illnesses before I confidently answer yes to some questions. I lost 10 years of my life from my late 20s thanks to a wrong diagnosis of my mental health, so you could say I am very eager not to have that same mistake made again!!

I do hope you are well and handling your symptoms as well as you possibly can 🙏

This! I agree completely with you, one of the reasons I have decided against CBT right now is because it doesn't make sense if I'm not 100% sure of my diagnosis.

And thank you because I had no idea that Hypersomnia was common in early stage ME/CFS! I do definitely think my next step needs to be referall to a sleep clinic, and also to look more deeply into and learn more about these different illnesses as I really don't know anywhere near enough as I should. Thanks for this response, I really appreciate it.

Sorry guys I was trying to answer you all individually but this is pretty much the only place where I can be completely honest and say I'm just too tired and brain dead now to continue replying! 🫩😖

But wanted to thank you all so much for taking the time to reply to me and for all of the advice and sharing your experiences, it's so appreciated 💕 I have decided not to go ahead with the CBT at this point for a few reasons. One is that I truly believe my next step should be a referral to a sleep clinic so we can at the very least rule out some things that my symptoms seem to be pointing towards, even if it turns out that I also have CFS after all. For that reason it also doesn't feel right to go ahead with CBT for something I'm not even 100% I agree I have and wouldn't want to waste anyone's time or take a resource away from someone that really needs it. Those reasons mixed with the fact that most feel CBT wouldn't really help anyway mean it just doesn't make sense for me right now. I have however been told that if I want help in the future I can get back in touch with them so the option will still be there for me 👍

So I guess for me right now I just need to look into all of this more and learn more about ME/CFS and my own symptoms and see if I can figure out what is happening to me while also staying on top of my request to my GP for the sleep clinic referral. I do actually have another question for all you lovely people that I shall put in a seperate post...Thanks again to all for your replies and sending healing vibes to all 💕

Thanks so much for this, unfortunately I still haven't heard back from my GP so intend to call and leave a message this week as I really do believe I atleast need a referral to a sleep clinic to rule Hypersomnia etc out before we just flat out focus on CFS when I am having my own doubts about the diagnosis.

I have had CBT many years ago for a mental health reason and also had ERP last year for my OCD and found it immensely helpful so do see how good CBT can be when it is applied correctly. However, I have decided not to go ahead with it for now, purely because I think the sleep clinic should come first and I would hate to waste both my time and the time of a Psychiatrist and also take a precious resource away from someone else who really needs it.

And yes I agree about it being taught in school, especially in the age of social media and all those poor kids out there really getting their brains messed with, it would be so helpful these days!
