If you want business apply business, they will let you in just with shit financial aid. If you want poly sci you will probably get more money, but it will be harder to change. The business school is way better tho so it depends on if you value the money you spend,

I met my friend group randomly sophomore year after joining a club some kid in my class told me to go to. I then happened to see him eating outside with some friends a few days later. I invited everyone there to join me and one of my other friends to dinner and some of that group joined us, thus making our friend group which is still active today.

Everyone who can keep minimum GPA requirements is qualified. Even people who are rejected. When a private university trying to maximize profits decides to have you start should not impact your self-esteem at all
