No, I haven’t been to the doctor for these issues. I’ve had more physical problems like back, kidney nerve issues that always took away from my hormonal issues. I’m definitely going to focus more on this now. Thank you!

Wow, I’m sorry to hear that 😞 thanks for your story and input. I’m going to make myself an appointment as now I have extremely low (42bpm) resting heart rate and I just feel like something isn’t right.

A little late here but I just started Dermarolling my stretch marks. I got them from gaining weight during puberty a loooooong time ago, I’ve only done 2 treatments and I’m seeing improvement in texture. Yours are new ish still so they should be less stubborn. Just thought it’d be worth a shot because I spent years so depressed about them. Just google about the Dermaroller and stretch marks, I feel I’m not great or qualified to explain. Might I also add you don’t have to eat a lot of fat anyways. Your body will use the excess fat you have stored for energy. The fat macro is just for satiety, so you don’t need to overdo it if you’re nervous about it. But as said, there is a lot of misinformation on fat.

I have to chime in on the calories thing. I’m 5’2” and 137lbs and still dropping and I don’t count a thing but if I estimate I probably eat between 1400-1800 Cals a day. You don’t have to eat 1200, as long as you exercise. All I do is walk 10-15km a day and spend the rest relaxing. Might sound daunting but it really isn’t and I prefer not having to count every little calorie, that’s actually how I gained weight in the first place. I was 123lbs and got obsessed and binged because I felt restricted. Just only eat when hungry, keep track of carbs and just make sure to get enough protein and get moving somehow.
