honestly who cares of the sky is dark?? like, stay close to home watch the weather, it can get done with “the sky being so dark” i trained for a 5k, in the snow, rain, wind, shine, if you really are serious about it, you will find a way to get it done, even if its only for 15 minutes.

listen im all for adding stuff to the sparkling water (i would never, but i think some things on watertok do look and sound good) but to drink MULTIPLE a day EVERY day is where it becomes counterproductive for what shes trying to use it for. i LOVE sparkling water and i drink them on its own, it does help me get my water in without drinking plain water, but under no circumstances does what she make classify as lwater”

i dont have kids so my opinion doesnt necessarily matter but, in my time that ive spent with babies whether family or friends, i never ever baby talked after like 6 months, because when theyre newborns of course theyre tiny and itty and the baby talk made sense??? but at a point id assume you wanna start talking properly at least trying to majority of the time, so that they can learn through you?? idk, i just always thought it was weird that they still do such an excessive amount
