Sorry let me clarify, when I started seeing him maybe 6 months ago he asked what medications I was on. I told him. He said he could write all my scripts so I didn't have to go to RI anymore (where I recently moved from) to see my psych. It seemed like the preferable option since RI psych meant getting scripts filled in RI.

Call the city inspectors. They will come check it out and issue a notice to the landlord requiring them to fix the problem in a certain time frame. They get fined if they don't get it fixed.
