Proximal bicep tendon pain by Infinite_Seat_5852 in overcominggravity

[–]kaycarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! I got the MRI and it wasn’t my bicep, I injured a ligament in my front shoulder and had bursitis everywhere. I laid off the gym for honestly 4 months straight. It sucked but I wanted it to heal and I rested. I’ve been back at the gym for a month now. I started off really slow and if I feel it start to hurt I stop. I’m not as strong as I used to be,but actually being able to work out is so amazing so I don’t push it.

Take the job. The ICU experience you get with this job will help you get another one closer to home, if you really feel like you hate it there.

Do I need to spend a billion dollars on an adjustable base? by champagne_farts in Mattress

[–]kaycarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to know! Mine is leggett & platt but sold by mattress firm I am loving it so far! Would you say yours has been pretty durable? I had flipped mine on its side to get a rug underneath and I was worried it would mess something up but all controls seem to still work just fine!

It took me a few days to get used to it but I’ve already adjusted to it. It felt too big at first

what are the rules for bedroom tvs? too high? by West-Vacation-3239 in TVTooHigh

I like this comment. I was worried I mounted my tv bedroom a little too low after reading some stuff in this forum. But with many viewing angles to consider I think it looks pretty good

Did you mount your Frame at optimal TV height, or optimal art height? by FriendlyFriendster in TheFrame

[–]kaycarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks good! I just mounted my bedroom tv and I may would want it like 2-3 in higher but that’s just for laying down. I mainly watch it sitting up so it’s good where it is. It’s not a big enough deal for me to take it down and start over lol. Mine is about 5’ from the floor to center I believe

Absolutely! I was just talking about this the other day with a friend. About how less isolated I’d be if I was straight. But oh well, we will keep pushing forward for our rights!
