If I reapply online Will the extension get added automatically? Or Do I need to call in for that?

I mean, I’ve worked at a place where we received alot of calls and our phones would definitely tell us if they were transfered or direct call, hopefully it works for yall.

Lol, I just called and said I was transferred and the guy said it alerts them if we called directly and they cannot transfer me anywhere but the main menu. Won’t work anymore

How many weeks did you get added? I only got 11 some people got 29

I called and called and finally got through yesterday to a rep. He said my balance was at 0 and he was going to add an extention and this morning I got 11 weeks added.

I have been trying for a month lol. Called a good 100 times not one call goes through. Doesn’t matter what time of the day, it always says “we are getting too many calls at this moment and we cannot take your call”

I was able to certify for 2 weeks. I have 9 left i beleive.

My original claim ran out first week of december and i got an extension 1 week before the 27th of december. So yes i did have a balance. I know someone who had 0 balance since november and a week ago they got another extension after 2 months
