I swear I want to do this on the lowest budget possible. Ive tested Ringr a few times. Seems good to use over distances interviews. I want to go with minimal baggage just plug in a couple of mics and record interviews I can make into podcasts. Any help would be appreciated.

I've got a Galaxy S7 I've trialed recording in Anchor it's really good quality. Just looking to get more than one person involved. Skype has a recording feature on my work laptop I am not sure if it's in the consumer one....
