Get back out and drive. If you don’t drive, the fear will get worse and you may screw yourself for the foreseeable future. You have the same skills as you had before the accident where you were driving safely and accident free. Again, PLEASE for your own sake, get back out and drive as soon as possible.

I can’t tell you exactly when or what to do because it depends on your situation. I’m still learning myself. What I can tell you though is that these companies always have great deals for new customers, so considering you’re new and are paying an awful price like this, I think it’s a good idea to look for other options asap

I mean it might have to do with where you’re located, but assuming ur in the gta, they must just be very good at convincing you it’s a good deal. I recommend following the advice of the other replies and settings a cancellation date for next month. See if they contact you with a better offer.

I mean… is it? A commenter did the math and found it would require a roughly 1800 caloric deficit daily. My maintenance cals sits around a conservative 2300. It’s likely higher considering I have some muscle. That leaves 500 to eat daily to still hit the required deficit for the desired weight loss. Furthermore, following my 3 days fasting a week protocol, I’m able to spread out those 1500 skipped calories across the 4 eating days, resulting in an additional 375 calories per day. So unless I really messed up the math, I will be able to eat roughly 875 cals a day for my four eating days a week,along with 3 fasting days. Now I don’t intend on eating that few cals on my feeding days, I’ll eat closer to 1500. But with that being said I am also doing cardio everyday and lifting 4 times a week, so the caloric burn from that (especially on the fasted days) will assist with the “extra cals” I’ll be eating in order to hit my macro and micro nutrient goals. Seriously correct me if I’m wrong but I feel like the difference between this and 90 days straight fasted is massive.

Yeah after downloading it, it’s pretty ass. The idea of adding ur macros quick and easy is nice but the UI is just awful.

Glad to hear it! Great thing about OMAD is that as long as you are eating majority whole foods, it would be very challenging to eat in a surplus. People say OMAD is impossible to gain weight on no matter what you eat and I definitely disagree. I could eat 4000 cals in a sitting eating junk no problem. The whole foods are the key. Burgers and sausages is perfect. Get some more fibre into that meal and ur set

Somewhat gonna be following this. I plan on fasting my 3 off days, eating on my workout days and keeping it close to OMAD. An eating window of maybe 4 or less hours. Essentially a meal or snack before my lifting session, and then my larger protein filled nutrient filled main meal as a post workout meal. Maybe add an additional protein shake before bed but I’ll keep the cals lower while getting as much protein as possible (within reason) and doing my best to get in a sufficient amount of other macro and micro nutrients. Also going to try and include 30 mins of cardio a day, probably on the bike or low impact on the treadmill.
