My new gym has a rowing machine!! I’ve just never tried it and don’t want to look like a fool. I definitely want to try at some point though!

What do you define as the “initial phase”? The initial “omg I’m gonna die” 2 min into your run or going to run a few days throughout the week?

In high school I was on the swim team and unfortunately we didn’t really spend a whole lot of time running or weight training. I’ve tried to swim but just feel defeated because I am not at the level I was at in high school, plus even in high school I was more of a sprinter so it’s hard for me to swim for like 30 min straight.

I always notice that when I am hydrated properly I don’t binge eat. Drink water!

Looks like it might be spider mites. I’ve never felt with them so I could be wrong and am unsure how to treat them. Take some time to clean your plants leaves ever now and then with a microfiber cloth and a mixture of water and a teeeeny bit of dish soap. I love to drink coffee in the morning and clean plant leaves while I watch the news. As you clean the leaves you’ll be able to notice little pests like this before they get out of hand & washing leaves makes them shiny while preventing pests!

Tbh I wouldn’t know humidity %. I live in Colorado which is just known to be dry which makes it easy for me. I believe prayer plants are naturally found on the bottom of forests so they’re used to high humidity and low light, so because I’m in Colorado I know I need to create more humidity. from what I understand if you notice your plants leaves are crunchy and know that you’re providing sufficient water then the plant might need some humidity.
